This one-pager collection, which summarises the eleven technology options assessed in our 2024 Report, aims to provide policymakers, technical experts, and stakeholders with a concise yet comprehensive overview of the identified technology options considered for monitoring and proving that ICE vehicles placed on the EU market post-2035 not only can be fuelled with CO₂ neutral fuels (CNFs), but are also effectively using these fuels. These options are not recommendations; rather, they represent the technical spectrum of approaches identified and evaluated by over 160 experts from more than 50 global organisations within the WGMM.
